Premiums for parking are proof of a city 'at its best'
There is a garage near Bloor Street that entices customers with an electronic sign promising "Parking at its Best." I have no idea what it means, but it works for me. Why rub shoulders with the masses in a plain concrete garage when, for a small premium, you can enjoy parking at its best?
